I am often asked what sets me apart from other agents. When representing buyers and sellers, I play 3 main roles that I believe differentiates me from other agents.

1.Consultant- I am your real estate consultant. As your consultant, it is my job to ask the profound questions to determine your real estate needs and goals. Knowing and understanding your true real estate goals, allow me to better represent you and work on your behalf. I am there to answer your questions, provide the information and assistance you need, and educate you throughout the process.

2.Negotiator- Real estate is an investment, probably the largest you will ever make. We all desire to make wise and sound financial investments. When negotiating on your behalf, I represent you in a positive manner and I treat your money like it is my money. When it comes time to make or save you money, I am aggressive, focused and determined in achieving your goals.

3.Leader- I am the person who oversees all transactional details. Did you know that in CA the average residential real estate contract is at least 100 pages requiring 55-70 signatures? Throughout the course of a standard transaction there are approx. 100-150 phone calls, numerous e-mails, and approx. 40 people from 12 different industries are involved with your transaction. Yes, it can be an overwhelming process. It is my job to coordinate this effort to verify that deadlines are met and to see that the transaction is smooth and closes on time.

My husband, two sons and I thoroughly enjoy living in Southern California and in the South Bay. It is my desire to share that Southern California lifestyle with you.
